I'm pretty thankful for the goddess that is Salvia, I know she is female because I have heard her words. She said "Hello again, listen quickly" and simply showed me how everything in this world, psychical or not, is inter-connected. To change things around us we simply need to change ourselves and watch it ripple outwards.

I'm amazed by and with Salvia. I love it yet I haven't smoke any in over 7 months. Today always may be the day. I chew a leaf or two from time to time before a class meditation or before be, I know that's not much but I get something...6 leaves are the most I've done. Just thinking about doing Sally can make me feel it. The first time I broke through was in 2007 when following Terence McKenna's advice I took three full tokes and held them for 20-30 seconds each. It was 13X.

This stuff is horrible. I've done a lot of different drugs, and salvia was by far the worst. DMT is much better and doesn't have the uncomfortable physical effects.
