there are water proof cameras on the markte dont try to make your own waterproof it fails moast of the time

I never use plastic bags in my cameras. I have ruined 2 cameras with special bags, one in Surfing and other in Kitesurfing. Water you better use a good case or get a HeroCam.

Generally this camcorder segment doesnt have the option to add-on lenses. Nevertheless, for creating a wide-angle effect you can easily attach a basic wide-angle lens with strong plastic tape.
