Judge milian is ignoring the fact that his former family has NO proof of ANYTHING they said. ESPECIALLY, the fact that there should be the police reports from the alleged abuse of diva and the son are not there. She ignored the pictures of his mangled fingers verifying his story and negating their story.Where are the copies of the restraining order, giving details of the story.Long story short, That trifling fam(Mother, son, daughter) are a gang of liars.and the judge fell for the image painted.

There is a lot more going on here. I don't believe either parent much, The father is just nuts (when they cast the movie there is only one guy that could play the father, Samuel L Jackson) and how could the mother not know her children were being beaten. These kids are shell shocked, PTSD whatever you want to call it. They are the victims, the daughter emotionless the son avoiding eye contact and so soft spoken and the judge was right about the diploma it was strangely important to him. Too sad.
