Actually, you can't. Although he signed some bills, he has never been the prime sponsor or prime cosponsor of any bill that has ever passed. Every senator sponsors and cosponsors bills. That means little more than signing them, but Obama's actual work in senate is minimal.

Obama has no significant accomplishments in the Senate. The point is that the American people are no longer of the resume mentality where they have to scientifically quantify a candidates worth. We tried that with George Bush, who appeared to have the pedigree to be a credible president. Look how that turned out.

Of course, the bottom line is that its not significant WHICH majority candidate is selected, OR the accomplishments held, but that is another topic.
