@MissCharleneDunn - steven blamed ian for cindy's death she died in prison in the late 1990's during childbirth. eventhough ian brought up steven as his own ian was always aware simon was his dad steven hated that. in 2002 just after steven found out he sent people on the square hatemail such as ian and sharon (because he found out sharon had a relationship with simon aswell as cindy) then he went 2 new zealand and came back when simon got married and had a baby then he decided to hurt ian x
