I thought that Parks Canada was celebrating their 100th Birthday as a National Organization this year (tomorrow May 19th) Why does this video say 125 years and counting?
@UkeeFun Yeah, it's a bit confusing!! 2010 was the 125th Anniversary of Canada's first National Park (Banff), this year marks 100 years since the creation of the world's first National Parks Service in 1911. Either way, it's always a good day to celebrate National Parks and Historic sites around the world. Glad you enjoyed the video.
I get it now! Thanks for responding. We did a little amateur point-n-shoot happy birthday video for the Pacific Rim National Park Reserve that day. It's on our UkeeFun channel if you want to have a look!
This brilliant! I can't wait for the French version.... Just kidding! Seriously... this is the kind of approach which can make a difference in positioning Canada as as an exciting destination in challenging tourism times. Kudos to you all!
