I wonder if the brand is Tozai. I once saw a battery operated fan similar to this one and it was a Tozai.

Nice little fan. Looks a little like my Tatung deluxe only smaller. I have a small battery powerd fan from 1975. I'll make a video of it tomorrow sometime.
