Most people that have hunted, fished, trapped, hiked, etc... all their lives in remote wilderness know what wildlife is what? But researchers didn't finally find and film it until the 21st century. In 2001. It nest on the ground like a gorilla. But has the dietary habits and features of a chimpanzee. But the Billi Ape is larger.

@phorlakhnanta I believe that these creatures are totally flesh and blood. I'll even go as far as saying, they are in fact 100% flesh and blood. I've been in the mountains a lot. I've seen bear tracks, but never found one dead. I've seen tons of cougar tracks, and I have only found one dead, just bones left. I also believe, the reason why we haven't found a dead one, the chances are next to nothing, but possible. Why they're so elusive? Because they know that we humans are some serious danger.

Though the chances of such a large hominid existing in North America totally undiscovered seems unlikely at best. Though ancient civilizations across the globe all have their stories of the wild men of the forest. Also, if the creature is a herbivore like many species of apes, then maybe such a thing is cautious and wary of potential predators such as man. It does not seem possible from my way of seeing things, but I try to keep an open mind.

I can't honestly see them really taking someone in someone for that, esp. when they'll be an overnight celebrity. The laws arer put in place to keep people from shooting at other people in the woods.

You seem to have misundertstood me. The "NOT real" remark was a joke. I know that these things are real because I have heard and smelled one, and I can't bring myself to call all the people who have reported one liars.
But the fact remains that it'll never be a classified species until a body is examined, and the best way for that to come to pass is if a hunter shoots one. Trying to find a dead one by chance in the woods isn't going to work; it's what's got to happen.

I always laugh at sceptics who say that a witness just mis-identified a bear and did not see a Bigfoot. It would be much easier to mis-identify a horse for a cow, but most people would agree that even at a long distance, these two animals can be easily discerned. I hope we one day get proof that will shut the sceptics up for once.

have you ever considered that BF may be a paranormal phenomena and not a flesh and blood animal? this would account for it's being able to elude being captured or killed. if it were a "real" animal like a cougar a body or some other conclusive evidence would have been found. instead it remains frustratingly elusive just like the UFO, chupacabra etc... phenomena to which I believe it is closely related. at any rate I admire you for actively searching for the truth. be well my friend

@phorlakhnanta I believe that these creatures are totally flesh and blood. I'll even go as far as saying, they are in fact 100% flesh and blood. I've been in the mountains a lot. I've seen bear tracks, but never found one dead. I've seen tons of cougar tracks, and I have only found one dead, just bones left. I also believe, the reason why we haven't found a dead one, the chances are next to nothing, but possible. Why they're so elusive? Because they know that we humans are some serious danger.

Though the chances of such a large hominid existing in North America totally undiscovered seems unlikely at best. Though ancient civilizations across the globe all have their stories of the wild men of the forest. Also, if the creature is a herbivore like many species of apes, then maybe such a thing is cautious and wary of potential predators such as man. It does not seem possible from my way of seeing things, but I try to keep an open mind.

After numerous reports, sightings from local residence, and that includes my mother. Say whatever you wanna say. But, you can't change my opinion, just like i can't change yours.

You seem to have misundertstood me. The "NOT real" remark was a joke. I know that these things are real because I have heard and smelled one, and I can't bring myself to call all the people who have reported one liars.
But the fact remains that it'll never be a classified species until a body is examined, and the best way for that to come to pass is if a hunter shoots one. Trying to find a dead one by chance in the woods isn't going to work; it's what's got to happen.

Your right about a hunter should soot one to examine a body for evidence to prove that they exist. But the thing is that, the majority of hunters in most states won't shoot anything that strangely human like, if discovered with a peace of binoculars. Laws governing protection for these elusive animals, is also a risk for hunters, if they ever wanna shoot one.

During the early run of Creepy Canada, they made a point of bringing in a sceptic to belittle every story. They quickly dumped these people when they realized the stories were better without someone telling the viewer that the witnesses were all liars.

I happen to have a problem with the people that think that people reproting seeing Sasquatch since 1849 have been liars, or that they were seeing things. ( I mean white settlers btw: the Native Americans knew about them since before they can remember.) That's what being close minded is though I guess...
