I'm guessing you're eating low carb? You know, I don't think I get enough protein. I hardly ever eat meat, mostly because I'm lazy to cook it. But if I cooked it all on the weekend before, it would probably be much easier.

I'm eating carbs during the morning/afternoon, but after that I cut them off because I need them more in the early part of the day. Cooking is a hassle, but once it's done and you don't have to worry over what to eat for the day you feel like a weight has lifted off your shoulders. I'm hoping this will help me burn off body fat quickly.
I'm looking forward to running the marathon myself. Blissful pain lol. I need to come on YouTube more!

Cut into fry shapes, sprinkle with olive oil, spices, and lay them on a pan. Oven on 350. 15 min. One side, 15 another.
