have you ever seen "I used to be fat" from MTV? man, is not that complicated, just eat the right food, that means healthy shit like vegetables, non fat food, etc. Then do your cardio for 25 minutes per day, drink a lot of water, exercise a bit in the gym and that's it.
Everybody who is hating on you Pete apparently has never struggled with their weight. I think you are doin a good job, even though you haven't lost a crap ton of weight. People this isn't the biggest loser, this is a normal guy who is trying to better himself. And sorry but normal people can't afford trainers or somebody to tell them what to eat and what not to eat. Pete a think you are doing a damn fine job, have faith in yourself and remember what other people think doesn't matter.

Looks to me like you are indeed starting to connect with your viewers. Like I said a few videos back, if you really connect with your viewers, it will spur you on to reach your goal. You don't need to talk yourself out of your goal. Your goal is there and you CAN reach it. I see you responding in comments...good! Now workout a tiny bit longer, and eat just 5 bites less tomorrow!
