Yeah, it's everyone's favourite little loco. I remember it being on display at the Royal Easter Show in 1969! JACK will have a great new life at LMLR, entertaining people of all ages, only this time it will be in steam! The restoration has commenced with the dismantling of the valvegear on Monday 29-Sep. The big issue is the external condition of the boiler barrel and this will come into view in the coming weeks.

It's nearly all freeways and motorways between Thirlmere and Toronto.

I remember that locomotive at Thirlmere ever since when I was a kid and I hope it will have a great life at the LMLR.
