The BOOK is by me the best of Dan Brown!!! Better than the controversial Da Vinci Code. But this movie is a bit disappointing because there is no Maximilian Choler. So its so obvious that they make you think the head of Swiss Guard is the bad guy. And in the book is so shocking when a good guy (Max) turns bad and then another bad guy comes up and Max stays good.

angels and demons was an even better book than the da vinci code, more twists and more exciting. this was never going to be a good film, just like the da vinci code contains to much dialogue and explanations of sculpture art and history that you just cant translate into an entertaining film unless you make it like 10 hours long!! and b4 i forget what idiot cast ewan mcgregor as the camerlengo, what an awful choice!

Actually, I found the movie to be quite thought-provoking. Not because of Dan Brown's historical inaccuracies, but because it made me think about the Church being just people like you and me, who make horrible mistakes that need to be learned from, and the morality and imperfections of man. I liked it's pace and suspense, and if you actually found this movie "boring", then go watch some movies with constant SFX and explosions where you don't have to use your brain. Also, great cast.
