Tiny shana is from a different anime called 'shana-tan'. it's basically short recaps of

Shakugan no Shana but instead of gloomy/love sick shana you have tiny crazy shana. Btw shana-tan is 'a little' more adult (e.g. a certain girl 'bouncing' while yuji is looking)
