  • impressive time, but did you record the audio with a toaster?

  • the guy is exerting more energy using a heavier KB, which would in turn result in a more fatigued run.

  • TURN DOWN AUDIO BEFORE WATCHING

  • wtf is wrong with the sound?!

  • tried it for the first time today, did helen in 13:10, 8:28 is incredible!

  • Doing it this weekend! Can't wait! I'm nervous, but workouts are all mental...like everything.

  • 1. This workout is awesome. 2. I am working toward completing this workout without crying or vomiting-these two kick ass!

  • COOL! TODAY WE DID THE SAME ROUTINE

  • Did Helen today in 9:20 PR

  • working out is crap but looking other girls working out is cool haha

  • crossfit: making men skinny and women hot

  • oh god..that looks like a killer workout.. I mean, starting with a 400m..that "Helen" is a bitch

  • great workout . . . . bad kettlebell form

  • @MrHeadwolf what seems to be the problem there MrHead? these atheletes are in great shape. muscle fatigue sets in with any body but these two can get through it just fine without risking injury.

  • If you want to criticize kipping pull-ups, then join crossfit and don't kip. It's as simple as that.

  • Crossfit rules - trust me - I did alot of stuff and Crossfit by far makes me work harder than the rest! Its fun too! I love the benchmarks.

  • what is a "pood"?

  • You have to pay a $ 149 fee then Crossfit will answer your question.

  • A pood is a unit of weight measurement.

    1 pood = about 16kg or roughly 36lbs

    originates from Russia. : )

  • Man so many ignorant people talk bad about Crossfit workouts. They need to be educated and should attempt to do one of the WOD"s before they talk trash. Its all about being fit not just looking muscular.

  • Weird chinups why not do them slower with perfect form instead?

  • they're called kipping pull ups, they actually have perfect form on these, the point of them is to work the whole posterior chain along with the upper body, the regular deadhang pull ups only work upperbody, plus they do not want to go slow they do the workout for time

  • you have to be coordinated to do kipping pullups. kipping pullups gets your hips involved and is more of a cardio type pullup. and yes they are used to knock them out quick

  • @peacelovecrossfit thats what i said?

  • She is very fast and in really good cardio shape. Strong and healthy heart unlike bodybuilders with failing kidneys, shot livers, and horrible plaque build-up in their arteries by the young age of 40. But, hey, they've got big biceps.

  • Thats a huge generalization. Serious health problems are only prevelant in competitive bodybuilders who take massive amounts of drugs, eat incredible amounts of saturated fats, and crash diet. Youll find most recreational bodybuilders are just as healthy as any other athlete.

  • bodybuilders probably won't have as healthy hearts, the most recent crossfit games champion mikko salo has a resting heart rate of 31

  • dang, and I though Shogun Rua's 42 bpm was impressive.

  • lol Nice!

  • The God of all excercise has spoken... we all need to stop doing pullups now

  • Doing pullups like that isn't doing anything for you, sorry but all you're doing is damaging your shoulders.

  • I agree and disagree. I do both strength training and crossfit and I love strict dead hang pull ups. In that sense the kipping pull ups you see here the way alot of people do them (over extended and extreme) is more dangerous than beneficial. If you meet dead hangs with a little kicking you get just as good cardio. Thing about kipping is you launch yourself up and since you cant force gravity to work anysooner your basically air bound for fraction of a second.totally wasting part of the rep.

  • The kipping pullup is an overall athleticism exercise, not just a bodyweight bicep curl. It allows for a faster cycle time, and therefore more power output ((force*distance)/time) And I've done thousands of them over the last 2 years(staring at age 39, with no athletic experience whatsoever) and no shoulder damage. And yes, I can do 16 dead hang pullups in a row as well. A little education doesn't hurt, folks.

  • I will say that I hate kipping pull ups because they look ridiculous, but they do actually have a point, especially if you reach muscle failure on dead hang pull ups

  • @Vacobra hahaha wow ur dumb! Learn before speaking.

  • Powerful shit !!!

  • Oh man you guys rock. I have just been introduced to crossfit and I love it. i havent worked out in 6 months dude to my work and school schedule and finally got to start doing crossfit last week. • Oh man!!! Thats a very hard workout. My teacher does this....maybe thats why his jacked!!!

  • wow .. shes incredible .. i like to use videos of sick female athletes to motivate my sister to become the best athlete possible .. she seems to always be embarrassed of the fact that shes an athlete and i try to tell her that u can still be a normal girl and still be beautiful and be a good athlete at the same time .. thx guys

  • I just can't get to grips with doing chin ups like that. 17min for 5K damn though. I'll have to beat that
