saab 900was the last really saab it was saab engined the 2liter 220-300hp engine my fater always said it could reach 1million km lifetime but the 9000was fiat engined and gone wreck from the turbo after 100 000km :/ I so miss the saab engines :(
I've got allredy BMW E61 and with new F10 I'm really ambarassed (not like the design) and thinking about Insignia OPC Sports Tourer or new SAAB 9-5 Wagona AERO (should be quite simmlar to Insignia, but now nobodyknows the future of the SAAB)

Actually, you're quite wrong. I was very impressed by the interior. Sure the handling is not the best but add a fully adjustable Whiteline anti-roll bar and the thing is transformed. I changed it for a Mk5 R32 and I shouldn't have. I recently drove the new Focus RS and was put off by the plastic interior and even commented that I would have bought it if it had the interior quality of the Astra VXR. I was shocked. In the end I bought a B7 RS4, which broke...cars eh!

Opel is missing the point about these type of cars by miles. OPC cars are all about fun. Love the nippy Corsa OPC! Butt this car schould have been RWD. Same goes for the Vectra OPC. Cars like these must be able to lay rubber at every corner they attack. PLEASE Opel...take a look @ your Holden range...that are some fun cars right there! Power and RWD is the way to go! Would take a RWD Holden over a FWD or 4WD OPC every time! Big cars, with good power can be much more fun then this Insignia.

totally agree. On top of that all, the 4wd with the engine resting on the front axis.... not a pro for driving experience. Too bad the Holdens aren't for sale here in Holland and i personally feel that competing with audi or BMW is the biggest miss by opel marketing wise. Besides, wasn't very impressed by the specs neighter. 325bhp, with a 2.8V6 turbo, quite mediocre... Solve it with a bigger 3.0 straight six with RWD, lose the turbo...

Hier in Nederland is die auto duur ja, dat heeft natuurlijk te maken met de BPM.
Er zijn landen waar de OPC (maar) € 45.000 kost.
Ik kwam ergens zo'n reklame filmpje tegen waarin werd gezegd dat de Insignia OPC vanaf € 45.000 te koop is.
De stationwagon zal waarschijnlijk duurder zijn.

saab 900was the last really saab it was saab engined the 2liter 220-300hp engine my fater always said it could reach 1million km lifetime but the 9000was fiat engined and gone wreck from the turbo after 100 000km :/ I so miss the saab engines :(

Actually, you're quite wrong. I was very impressed by the interior. Sure the handling is not the best but add a fully adjustable Whiteline anti-roll bar and the thing is transformed. I changed it for a Mk5 R32 and I shouldn't have. I recently drove the new Focus RS and was put off by the plastic interior and even commented that I would have bought it if it had the interior quality of the Astra VXR. I was shocked. In the end I bought a B7 RS4, which broke...cars eh!

Opel is missing the point about these type of cars by miles. OPC cars are all about fun. Love the nippy Corsa OPC! Butt this car schould have been RWD. Same goes for the Vectra OPC. Cars like these must be able to lay rubber at every corner they attack. PLEASE Opel...take a look @ your Holden range...that are some fun cars right there! Power and RWD is the way to go! Would take a RWD Holden over a FWD or 4WD OPC every time! Big cars, with good power can be much more fun then this Insignia.

totally agree. On top of that all, the 4wd with the engine resting on the front axis.... not a pro for driving experience. Too bad the Holdens aren't for sale here in Holland and i personally feel that competing with audi or BMW is the biggest miss by opel marketing wise. Besides, wasn't very impressed by the specs neighter. 325bhp, with a 2.8V6 turbo, quite mediocre... Solve it with a bigger 3.0 straight six with RWD, lose the turbo...
