nick says sandras parents have died but in the later season maybe 7 or 8 there is a whole episode about her mum dying and how upset sandra is !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

No that episode is about her Aunt dying, she lived with her for a while, and she hasn't heared from her in a long while, that's why she's so upset :]
