dude, your the best. I use your ball handling drills and practice it for 2 hours every day. I've been working really hard, and practice about 30 hours a week, and 40 over the summer. Thanks man
100% improvement. I started out doing them all very slow, then I could do them fast, now I can do them with my head up. Especially as a point guard, spending 1-2 hours a day on this will get you a starting job. Not only that but all the figure strengthening will help increase shooting range and if you have hops, make dunking easier.
I do 2 hours a day. I noticed an improvement in about a week, so yea, write down the dribbles from all his dribbling videos and do them all. If you have a weighted ball, use that in some of the drills and dribble with a tennis ball while you rest, cuz its good to take a 1-2 minute break every 15 minutes
thanks iamma try to do 3-4 hours a day i do have heavy balls 2 as matter of fact and i have a med ball. im gonna do around the waist, legs, and head with the med ball. i gonna go hard on those drills. because its not what you do its how you do it. know what i mean. thanks again you dont know how much you helped me and some what inspire me. so keeep practicing and practice until you get exhausted by the way did you play for anny teams

i'm from chestnut hill, since ur from mt. airy that would b cool to see a guy so close to where i'm from playing for the sixers but then again there r 29 other teams, but like u said you'll b in the nba no later than 2010-2011 that will b something as a basketball fan to look forward to no matter wat team u would b on, good luck
