One of the most positive songs I know. Those words come into my head almost every morning to help jumpstart my day. "And though the rain may fall my skies will all be blue. If you look close enough the sun will come shining through." What a great line!! If we could all see life just like that, what a wonderfu world it would be.
This song I sang to my kids when they were little, usually even before they got out of beds or cribs Thx 4 posting this. And Jo Jo, thank you for sending this to me I love you. Mama
Thank you thank you for uploading this song. I have been looking for this song for a very long time. I heard this songs played on radio when i was like 7yrs old...as far as i can remember.
We definitely need more music like this played on country radio. We have a radio station here that plays classic country on Sunday only from 10 a.m. - 3 p.m. Thank goodness there are people on here who have great taste in music and post it on here. Gets me through the week.
I don't know what version they play, but WSM-AM plays this often. People request it. At first I thought it was so cheesey, now it is just one of my main favs.
@recordman64 I agree with your statement 100% It is sad that guys and gals like these people don't get the recognition they so rightfully deserve. Great music from a better time.
First country singer to play the Las Vegas strip. Merle Hagared started with him Wynn wrote Merles his first hit: Sing me a sad song" died at 52 left us much to soon one of the best voices in country music.... period

Nice to hear this arrangement played raw, without all the vocal overdubs.

Beautiful voice; my mother's fave song in the 1970s. Wynne Stewart had great musicians....

Great artist, classic song! I believe the cut behind the scenes may mean this performance is an excerpt from a tv show or movie...
