Your an idiot dont cut it on an angle, your causing alot more stress you want to cut it straight off and you dont want to cut the sides you want one big root to come out the bottom. to be nice and healthy.

What's 'Co2 water'? Also, putting the clone in your mouth is likely to introduce bacteria, and after taking cutting you should put it under water and cut it again about 2cm further up the stem. This prevents the stem sucking up an air bubble that could kill it. You should also sterilize scissors and any other equipment that comes into contact with the cutting...C02 Water?

heyy nice vid, i accedently broke one of the branches on my plant and its only got like 2 cm of stem would i be able to clone that ?

I always get 100% strike rate, but it has to be done under sterile conditions.

You can clone when the plant is flowering. You leave the leaves but remove the flowers. It is not a good thing to do, but it can be done. I have done it.

It dosen't have a problem reverting back to Veg if done early into the bloom stage.

We put our cutting into soil after 2 weeks still no roots?

Will they root how do you think it will take.

If you don't see any roots with in 3 weeks start over. I've been lucky, sprinkling a little more rooting hormone onto the top of soil around the stem and water it into roots, do this weekly. I also use peat pods to root in,and use a layer of perlite under them about 1/4" thick

does trimming the tips of the leaves really induce growth/roots for your clones?? never heard of that, sounds interesting.

I've done it both ways and gotten similar results both ways.The theory behind it is, it will stimulate growth faster...

I have a friend that takes off all the leaves except 1 and cut the tips of them. He swears by it...

ive cloned 3 weeks ago with erything needed hormone cubesand tray and still nothing but white spore lookin things on the stem

You may be experiencing an Air Embolism from when you first cut the clones.You don't see it from editing but I put these in my mouth and suck and apply saliva to hold Powder with.

I've changed it to cutting under water in a bowl

of root stimulator and root hormone liquid

Sounds like NUTE LOCK, flush 3X the amount of soil with water(1 gal pot= 3 gal of water) and feed in a week. you should see improvement in 2 wks.

I got them from walmart,but I've seen them in lowes or home depot.

Is it possible to clone a plant without using the clone jell, but just rich soil, water, and sun?

Anything is possible when your a weed...

It's very diffacult to clone that way,success rate is 10-15% at best.I have been working on a bubbleponic float cloner,and I'm getting 100% success rate with just water & liquid hormone/root stimulator 5-15-5(from walmart)

I'm always looking for a better way to get it done...

Thanks for helping out. I guess there is just no way of getting around the hormone. I'll have to buy it. Do you know the recipe for the hormone? Can it be made at home? I'm very curious about what's in it.

The green light powder is at lowes,and the shultz powder can be found at walmart,both work just as well and cost about $5.00 it's easier to buy it than get out the chemistry kit and mix some up...(I'm not sure what hormone they use)
