Hi chevyvictor, I used an angle grinder to do most of the cutting, but you could use what you want, it all depends on what tools you have, a plasma would be ideal if you have one, thanks dave.
@Abletips Hi, it all depends how big the back boiler is , you could make a coil around the flue to capture more heat and feed more rads, you should be able to heat 2 to 4 rads with a large back boiler, but with a coil as well maybe double , it's all trial and error, thanks dave.
Hi Dave,do you sell the fires?are they on ebay? How much are they.Fantastic designs its been great watching you.You should be on the Discovery Chanell.
Hi strangelistener, you can use any stove indoors, you've just got to make sure the area around the stove and the flue is fire retardent, stoves are used in boats park homes and houses, my workshop stoves flue go's through a plastic window, I've put an extra steel shield around the flue and left a gap so air can circulate and keep the window cool, thanks dave.
hi dave ! ...have you considerd making a wood burning stove complete with small baking oven from a large propane bottle?? would make interesting viewing

hi dave,
very inspirational, i've looked at most your work on here and it's definately all top drawer.
i've started my own from a kosengas cylinder and am just waiting to get a welding machine to weld it together.
just one question !
how many rads would you run off one of the back boiler types ?
thanks and well done !

Hi limestick, I could make a stove with an oven but it would take a lot longer to make ,I would need a firm order before I started, thanks dave.

Shouldn't be too difficult. Cut a section out of another bottle and metal glue it to the other.
