This seems really fake for some reason. I'm not sure why but it sounds so scripted.
The complainer sounds like he's laughing at 1:12. I'm calling bullshit.

I am sure we have all been there. Hysterical!
I was living in Cardiff and I thought my car had been stolen, went to the Police station to report it only to be told by my girlfriend who came to meet me outside afterwards that I had parked it somewhere else from my usual spot. I had to go back in and explain.
Talk about embarrassment. Ironic that the next day it actually was stolen and the very same desk Sergeant was on duty.
