i agree allthoe jungleflasher is for connecivity kit plus ck3 probe wich ive just orderd over ebay it seems more safer then bricking your xbox 360 as in (wont work anymore) i advise some of you who dosnt know much about flashing your xbox to use a connectivity kit + probe and jungleflasher the last thing we need is a coffee table xbox360 style lol :P

@2WILLK This works for all drives, however, I do not recomend using iPrep anymore, because JungleFlasher is much better.

i followed your instuctions and did every thing you said so when i get to iprep and to load firmware i select the ixtreme 1.5 like you said and i get this eror message

unable to load DLL 'unrar DLL the specified module could not be found

wat man im getting an error message each time i done and click "prepare destination" itll "create benq format destination then "making drive g:\ bootable" and then it says "creating benq batch files" and then it just gives me a operation failed message the maessage is so long please help i need to flash me xbox 360!!

No, this is used to prepare to boot to your computer from USB. Then you flash your 360 from the PC. There is no "boot from USB Drive" option for the Xbox 360.

Try re-doing it. The Dben.bat is vital for backing up your original firmware (incase of a bad flash). If it can't find it, try re-downloading iprep, and make sure all the files finish and are there before running it.

I think I've watched enough vids from all over to figure it out now, except does this process work for Vista? One vid said it does not. Also, if i hook a eSata cable from my laptop's eSata port to a sata card, will the laptop register the card, allowing the flashing process to continue?(since i need a compatible sata card) Any info is greatly appreciated.

Iprep does not work on vista. Esata may work, you could try, and Iprep will give you an error if its not detected. The error will say 0x7F or 0X80 if its not detected.

Hey there, I was doing exactly as you did in the video with no prob. except for the ixDef file. When i downloaded it and double clicked it, it gave me a (read me) and a (ixDef XML doc). What should I do???

Like in the tutorial, you extract the XML file to the desktop. Then put it in the appropriate folder. (In the resource Folder)
