  • @zRev1983 Thanks for the support. We try our best. You'll see more of this in other videos that haven't been uploaded yet due to technical issues. They should be up in the next few weeks. If you live in New York City you can catch them on Cable or FIOS TV where they are already being broadcast.

  • @indysoundman1 Thank you for the constructive feedback. We'll see what we can do to improve. Be aware that there are about 20 unposted client videos in the can. So it may take a while for any improvements to show up.

  • You have to admit that white collar temp workers have a better understanding of what is happening to them than blue collar workers.

  • @Motelcalifornia2 In one way you are right. White collar workers can handle the details better. But I find that the white collar workers are less able to handle the dishonesty of the employers and the judge's insinuations that the claimants are guilty of something. They also are very bad at stretching out their resources when the UI decision goes against them- a lot end up homeless. Even winning their appeals can't get them their homes back once they are evicted.

  • This is some bullshit. Playing games with people's lives.

  • That is the exact same thing that happened to me. I worked for an agency for 3 months, did what was expected of me, didn't miss a day of work. I even worked 36 hours ot for one week. If thats not enough to set a good example I don't know what is. I'm just trying to make some money. This is a billion dollar company by the way. The last day one of the top bosses makes up some lame excuse about sensor lights. I can right a page on the stupidity of this company but my head hurts thinking about it.

  • Thats wrong momma.

  • I worked for a temp agency last year. They always had work for me, but they were not what I would consider long term jobs. I mean I was a fork-lift operator for an appliance distributor. And the only reason why they hired me, well they had to recall dryers. They made the decision to replace a part in the warehouse, because it was cheaper then going to someone's home. I liked the job, but it was not a long term assignment. I would literally just drive all day, and a tech would replace

  • I used to work for a temp agency. I made it known in my mind that hustling on the streets is better than working for people who will fire you in the blink of an eye! They will fire you for a 40 dollar profit! I was sent to so many assignments. I spent more in gas than I did on my bills and food! Temp is a waste of time!

  • @Mississippiking03 I agree, in twenty years of full-time work I never heard of more than a handfull of people getting permanent work from a temp agency. They lie about that all of the time. "this is a temp to perm job." "for the right candidate." A company pays a lot of money if they decide to hire you, so most will not do it. They rather just pay the agency to send people out, as needed. And most of the time that is every day

  • Thats good that your fighting back, your no mule.

  • As long as employees don't fight back job-labor will get worse and worse.

  • The employee in most cases does the slave-labor, while the employer gets the cash and doesn't give shit about the person doing the dirty work. We employees need to stick together against slave-labor because the employer doesn't care about us.

  • -strike, they just need to not go to work for a day or two. This will make an employer see how much they need their workers to do their job that they really don't want to do and can't do by-their-self. Because the employee is the one that is actually doing the job in the first-place. These people that have other people do their job don't care how the employee feels, they just need the job done so they can get the money that the employee worked to make. After-all, its just a business transaction.

  • People that work for some kind business need to stick together and stand-up against these kinds of things. More and more, employers are pushing the envelope of treating the employee like shit. Employers do make it hard to do a job the right way and to do it easily. Employees need to communicate more between each other. Unions have started this way, through sticking together and going against the man or woman, the BIG-SHOT, as some might say. Employees when sticking togther don't need to go on-

  • i think you people bellyache too much.

  • oh man i know what you going through

  • Take notes, dates and times and report those assholes to the LABOR BOARD.

  • As long as people ALLOW themselves to be employed by these SLAVE LABOR companies these issues will NEVER be resolved!! We need to stand up and SCREAM and take OUR jobs back and not allow anyone to take ANY PART OF OUR PAY! It should be illegal to run a scam like this in any country! thEY ARE THIEVES !

  • Check out the Dallas News. Google Woman denied unemployment for failing a job test. This is the craziest thing ever. A mother of four was on unemployment and took a job and almost a year into the job she took a promotions test. She failed it. The company was allowed to call it misconduct by TWC (Texas Workforce Commission) and deny her benefits. They said she knew she had to pass and didn't. The unemployment office works against workers.

  • This is the reason a lot of people shouldn't even give temp agencies the time of day. Yes. They can be used to get your foot in the door but you have no rights. Whatsoever. Their word goes. If you are mistreated at the company you work for they will turn the other cheek. I know they say in orientation they care but trust me you are as disposable as last nights garbage. And the unemployment office conspires with them to deny unemployment.

  • You are very courageous for coming through with your story. Very courageous. We need more "stand up" african americans such as yourselves. I am proud of you and I don't even know you. But I can empathize with you. The reason blacks get mistreated is because historically we have "taken it". We have not stood up for ourselves. And companies and people know it. I applaud you. And believe me the temp agency woman you speak of will get it back. A thousand times over. Stay blessed.

  • Temp agencies are notorious for doing shady things. There was a lady I met in Memphis and she informed me that she had applied at a temp agency called Gateway staffing or Gateway Employment agency. Something to that effect. She happened to mention to the recruiter that was on unemployment. They offered her a position making far below her unemployment and she turned it down. The lady at the temp agency called the unemployment office and told on her which made her unemployment stop. Dirty crooks.

  • Kelly Services conspired with Primacy HR to let me go. I will never forget that. What Primacy Relocation was doing to me was illegal and Kelly Services were so desperate to keep the contract they decided it would be better to rid themselves of me. Up until then I was a perfect employee. I was just about to be made permanent but it was wrong for them to expect me to work off the clock (as I had done) without pay.

  • First, let me say I completely understand what this woman has gone through. Temp agencies are notorious for doing shady things to employees. I worked through a temp job in Memphis, TN. I worked for a company called Primacy Relocation in Memphis through Kelly Temporary Staffing.I picked up the work quickly and soon the mgr would meet me at the door with work to do off the clock at home. I complained to Kelly Services and they told me not to worry. The next day they terminated my contract.

  • I cant follow the story, what happened?

  • @giveme5mins Oh yeah. Sorry, I forgot to UL the other parts of this video. Several other videos with other employees should be up in the next few days. Here are the other two parts.

  • mmm mmm this is all too true

  • This happens all the time bosses working the system and they say americans dont want work BS! Hope all ends well Good Luck
