@ThunderThighs23814 As an SDV (SEAL Delivery Vehicle) no you just have to be a regular diver but aside from that there is no other way that I know of.

@coolseal141 alot of push ups, 8 count bodybuilders, alot of abdominal exercises and running a mile or more every day and swimming about 500 yards...that can build up a lot of resistance and conditioning for the SEAL's and btw its not only physical its the mental as well...so yeah good luck...one quick question how old are you?

@coolseal141 Yeah and another thing there is a program called sea cadets and theres a training ther which is a 2 week program were they show you how is like and everything im going there next year so yeah...and the age thing dnt worry i did the same in mine and yeah start training now and be sure thats what you want... I WANT THAT GUIDE!
