  • 4:02 just ruined my ears ffs thx asstree

  • real rock n' roll...

  • fuck,yeah.

  • whats up with 4:02

  • jus awsome

  • kyuss is the reason i can spell apothecaries

  • i'm still alive thanks to Kyuss

  • be warned: there's a peak at 4:02.

  • @ghostoftomorrow

thanks! but a bit too late :P

  • zarkytch - you're a fucking tool. Garcia is a good singer, but not even close to one of the best rock singers ever. You're musical knowledge sis juvenile, at best, to make a statement like that. Kyuss is my favorite band, but lets be honest.....their best music has nothing to do with vocal. Homme is a vastly superior musician....just look at what he's done since Kyuss compared to the copy-cat Unida and Hermano. Neither of those bands would exist w/o Kyuss.

  • wtf! you've got a noise/flaw spike in this recording. it really hurts!

  • Josh Homme Is a better singer than this guy unfortunatly

  • @zarkytch in your DREAMS kid, john garcia totally OWNS homme in vocals any day of the week, is just that john was not ready for Kyuss mighty power, if you check hem in Unida and Hermano you will know that he is one of the greatest rock singers of human history

  • 4:02 wtf is that thing??

  • @AKRIDASGAMWEKSOGIINI You heard it with headphones in? Ouch!

  • @b48964 I heard it with headphones on and startled me enough to make me jump.

  • my favorite song on the album

  • anyone have the tabs to this song?

  • Got the album only last year.. It's really special.

  • I love the instrumentals, but could never get on board with the vocals.

  • @MJimiD John hit his stride in Unida, he wasn't ready for Kyuss, he admits that

  • This band changed my life while I was in high school, particularly this album. I have to rank it as one of my favorite albums of all time. I got see them once live in 94 in Cleveland and that too was a live show high point of my life. Many people have since come to Kyuss through QOTSA and the success of Josh Homme. Long Live KYUSS!

  • bought the album in 1992 or 93.

  • Just got this album yesterday..this song stuck out instantly for me.. gotta love the riff

  • o man ive listened to kyuss for a while but never much of this cd for some reason. its turning out to be some of da best !

  • The Daddies of Stoner rock are Masters of Reality, these are definitely the Son of them. But i have to say this is an amazing tune.....and Chris Goss is god :)

  • This album (and Sky Valley) with Philosopher's Stones is pure gold. I exactly remember this song.....it was like a rollercoaster beween nebulas and sand dunes.

Kyuss is the best band ever, and when you're stone.....it's something else.

  • love this track...just finished a music video to it...check it out, tis on my page

  • Stoner Rock at its best

  • This song changed my life, this kind of music changed my life. I was 13 when i first hear this album.. I miss my younger years, learnin, growing, experiencing new things..

  • To me there are two genres of music.

    Good and bad.

    Fuck every other classification.

  • well stated . i also classify people that way.

  • @KazakageoftheSand but what separates the two?

  • @SwordsDragonsAndCoke personal opinion.

  • @KazakageoftheSand so you are saying theres no intrinsic good or bad in music its all personal opinion,no talent, hard work,or time is required to make good music?

  • @SwordsDragonsAndCoke what are you talking about?

  • @KazakageoftheSand um...plz re-read the comments i cant be any clearer

  • @KazakageoftheSand i say fuck genres all together and if its true music i tend to like it

  • @JunkieBYtheRIVER If it talks to u it talks toU Rock on brother or sister!!!

  • @primus628 Right ON!! Best comment EVER!

    Peace.

  • @KazakageoftheSand

    and medium

  • @KazakageoftheSand

    you're close. Kyuss and bad!

  • I wish this shown to all the metal-haters. Metal can be beautiful.

  • but it isn't metal, its stoner.. but in my book, theres only two genres, rock and crap, well three, acoustic, and can anyone guess what this is? ahem...

  • This is no real metal,I think,it´s stoner rock, best stoner

  • Damn, I'm always playing air drums on 2.00 - 2.12

  • haha, me too :)

  • all hail the kyuss air drumming!

  • @CrystalTrees5mcs Dont forget the air guitar bro! This guys always get me into a great state of mind. I wish they were still together. A great inspiration on the real guitar for me! Kyuss is fucking amazing! PeAcE>

  • @CrystalTrees5mcs so Funny, right now air drumming!

  • 4:03 sounds like somebody recorded my dog drinking and took a half-second soundbyte from it.

It's divine both cause of my love for this psychedelic desert shiaatt and my love for my dog

    UP THE KYUSS!

  • I love this...

I can sit here all day doing nothing else, but sitting on my ass, listening to Kyuss.. any given god-damn day...

  • epic, awesome, genius, masterpiece, class, mint, classic, beautiful, brilliant song

  • fuckin' a !!!!

  • TIGHT.

  • this is the only songs that josh homme plays on where the guitaring is messy

  • that i've heard

  • You really are a true fucking idiot.

  • Somebody needs a hug. Did your dog bite you as a kid or something?

  • I train dogs to bite people for the Chicago Police Department.

    Mogwai & helmet both sucked.

KYUSS are up there with Sabbath & Blue Cheer.

  • @ConiferTreez

In your opinion. Kyuss happens to be one of my fav bands of all time and I happened to enjoy both Helmet and Mogwai. Respect differences of opinion.

  • @jyamma76 all 3 are great bands

  • lol

  • but it is 2:38 he was a much better guitarist only a coupleof years later, and anyway why do you give a toss you fucking hate josh homme and always slag him off

  • It's supposed to be Kraut-y like that. He pulls the riff together directly after that. Oliveri, on the other hand, slops it up plenty at the beginning is WAY off key in parts that Reeder would've nailed with ease. Not that I'm complaining, because in essence, Blues's brutally honest imperfections are what ultimately make it a Classic, and there isn't one mis-placed note on the album, but Josh's guitar playing on this track is sloppy for a reason.

  • off key? another joke I guess

  • That would mess up all the chronology.

  • both those bands suck, KYUSS never heard of that trash.

  • Kyuss came before Mogwai...

  • eargasm

  • stoner rock overload!

  • WHOA 4:03.

    ALIEN ATTACK

  • im tripping balls here...

  • genius instrumental

  • lol at your name, good work.

  • Great song from a great band

  • one of my all time favorite songs ... never gets old. kyuss is dead... long live kyuss

  • just started listening to these guys .they are fucking gods .its great music like this that really shows you how music today is so shit with shitty cliche sell out bands and gaylord emo bands talking bout wristcutting.god bless kyuss

  • f***in´right man ;-)

  • @rochetastic totally agree with you man! Kyuss rule

  • One of the Greatest Songs ever written

  • Absolutely. It's just amazing

  • one masterpiece after another, one masterpiece after another: that's kyuss' way

  • I was just playing this song on my guitar, fuckin awsome
