Look at 2:13 - the actual bridge footage without extra editing effects. That "moving" of the bridge is caused by the camera (within a helicopter) moving left to right. In other words the camera is completely stationary, but the helicopter is flying to the right. VERY common visual effect/illusion in video photography. For the record, I believe planes went into the Towers, but it may've been an inside job as an excuse for war. See Zeitgeistmovie(dot)com. Let me know what ya think :).
