Great posting Krystal. I work at a Prison and an inmate told me this interesting story. He said that when he was at a Federal prison he developed really bad acne after spending several years in maximum lock up. When he got out he was housed with an old black inmate who told him how to get rid of his acne. He told him to soak a wash cloth with his morning urine and wipe his face each morning. He was to leave it for 20 minutes and then wash it with water. He did this and the acne cleared fast.
I am 32 and use urine every day on my skin. I don't care what anyone says, it works. Everything you say about urine is correct. I have my bachelor's in nutrition and know about urine and all that. It's just a bunch of vitamins, minerals, amino acids and water. Keep doing what you are doing and who cares what reactions you get. I am also vegan and don't eat any animal flesh or byproducts. If I ever drink my own urine I wouldn't think it's gross.

I do this too. Except I don't drink it. I piss in a cup, put a cotton pad thing in it, then put it on without any make-up or lotion on my face. Milk, worse with chocolate can contribute to acne! Look up acidifying versus alkalizing foods! Acne is a symptom of an acidic systemic PH! You can also wash your face with pee! Drink lots of water, then your pee will be more acceptable in taste! Good luck!

you're supposed to use it as a toner for acne..not drink it! lol it used to be ingested ages ago for strep throat, infections, etc..but never ingested for acne purposes! The link between carbs and acne is very strong. She should definitely investigate this website. Especially cereals like pasta and rice. I used to have quite a lot on my back and face. Never to the point of saying that I suffered from acne but you could notice. My skin cleared up completely on this carnivour diet in one week, honestly, It's the first thing I noticed!! you could also shower in hot water to open the pores, pee in a glass and put it on the skin. never drink other people's urine, and always drink your own right away if peeing in a glass, don't let it be contaminated etc from air for more than a min.

wouldnt it be more effective if you dont mix it with milk i started doing it because the westen medicine was helping my cancer which is very strong im anxious to see my scan results by the end of november and my skin is more clearer than usual even though i dont have acne it got rid of all my blemishes

ive heard that urine is toxic, and you may actually have to go to the hospital for certain side-affects that can occur after ingesting your own urine. so im goin to do some research before attempting this.

i have a question, i have acne since 3 years they go & come back but this time its worse i have tried eveything even MURAD & it didnt work either so last step would be the urine threapy....the urine u use ..does it have to be the first pee you do in the morning then keep it for the rest of the day or i could use the 2nd or 3rd pee too...please let me know! good luck to you !!!

The link between carbs and acne is very strong. She should definitely investigate this website. Especially cereals like pasta and rice. I used to have quite a lot on my back and face. Never to the point of saying that I suffered from acne but you could notice. My skin cleared up completely on this carnivour diet in one week, honestly, It's the first thing I noticed!! I kid you not.

you could also shower in hot water to open the pores, pee in a glass and put it on the skin. never drink other people's urine, and always drink your own right away if peeing in a glass, don't let it be contaminated etc from air for more than a min.
