I dont get it. If the Galick gun attack was able to destroy earth, then why didn't Vegeta's final flash attack blow up the earth when vegeta was fighting cell. It doesn't make sense. Vegeta was 10 times stronger when he fought cell, + his final flash attack should be able to destroy 20 planets.
