  • The show producer grabbed the casino's Elvis impersonator and asked him to go onstage for CBTM. Talked to "Elvis" for a while after the show. Funny. Love Dave's impersonation mid-song. He also made an Elvis joke after they came back for the encore about how they didn't even get young Elvis but instead got old Elvis. LOL.
