  • a scientist should know to protect ANYONE in a room with radiation....thats why the dental hygenists leave the room when they give you a dental x-ray

  • When you get an x ray they stand behind a metal sheild but you dont get any protection as your only exposed once.

    They give you some protection. Every time I have gotten a dental xray they cover me with a radiation proof vest/cover that goes over my body.
