Hello, Treborehcsa, you showed all the very different sides of this special director. You rowed the visual orgasms of his too little moving pictures - but these few movies are the greatest dramas which were made until his beginning as director. He did not only show the deeper spurs of man, but he also presented it by the wonderfullest pictures, showing men, mangling and destructing each other by hate and love. And you had chosen such a wonderful music to show your admiration to his work. GREAT!

MY KIND OF FILM DIRECTOR!
It is a very touching tribute that the music that accompanies this sounds like the very piano that my grandmother accompanied the silent films on back in the day. THEY HAD REAL PLOTS AND ACTORS AND ACTRESSES BACK THEN.And directors like Stroheim and Griffin and Fleming and Ford, etc. BRING BACK SILENT FILMS!

I have the whole movie of Greed on my computer as well as the Magnificent Ambersons. Both are in avi format but I have no clue as how to upload the entire four hour (restored) movie.
If someone could tell me how to break the movie into parts and then covert it to the format they use on youtube i'm sure I could then upload it for anyone interested in seeing it without having to wait for it to come on DVD or shell out lots of money for the videotapes on ebay.
