    Do you have to be a gymnast to do it? flexible? strong? what should I be able to do before I attempt one?

    no, not necessarily a gymnast. yes you'll need flexibility, strength, stamina, power and all that stuff.. takes some courage too.

    watch tutorial for it on youtube. you'll need a person to spot on your first few attempts.

    sanskrit, english, kannada, telugu, tamil hindi.

  • thats awesome i was wondering because i wanted to know about how long it took you to learn the languages... b/c i really want to become fluent in foriegn languages(all i know is a little spanish lol)

  • that's why parents need to teach their kids as much as possible while their young

  • I think you should improve a little your technique, then your backhandspring will be easier and fast...try to get your legs tight while you put them in the floor ...also you should add more speed with a cartwheel behind ...but this won't mind you if you don't want to do a backflip or twist after the backhandspring....keep it up boy!!!

  • oh thanks. I can do them very neatly with the corrections now. its gives me so much of jump that layouts of flips after a Bhs are so easy.

  • the falling was a bit of drama, not that I couldn't stand, but I would certainly not wanna stand. hehe

    and doing three is also good. you can straight away go for more. Just get two right, then no one can stop you, all you need is just space to do.

  • hey, that was ok. but if you want to go faster stretch your body and point your toes hard, you should be able to go faster. oh and dont bend your legs as much

  • damn good man just 1 slight problem and could have a huge effect on your speed and distance of your back handsprings

    When you land in the handstand possition your not pushing off your hands, your just waiting 2 snap your feet to the ground then jump off of them

  • remake?? Not gonna do just 15. I'm planning to do 25-30 this time. All i need is a good place, a long nce patch of grass. btw nhow I do BHS after a RO+a lot of push everytime. they're much much better.

  • thanks dude.. The maximum I've gone after doing a roundoff is around 6 but I used go very fast and I used to fellthat I'm losing control.From now on I'll do them after roundoff, That's what actually gives neatness.
