He used same exact bar type I'm about to wrap, cinelli white cork.

Don't forget on the other side of handle bar it's all in reverse.

Nice tips: glue stick and electrical tape to secure the first wrap. This is the ONLY good thing--he does not show the most difficult parts of the job: wrapping around the brake handle and finishing the wrap with a diagonal cut.
