Ah yes. The infamous glow-in-the-dark condom fight scene. This was the only funny scene from an otherwise ho-hum 1989 outing for John Ritter. Skin Deep fell between Hooperman & Hearts Afire as far as his roles went, timeline wise. Not Blake Edwards' best effort (10 gets that prize). The fact is that 21 years on, this is the only scene worth advancing to on an otherwise forgettable flick.

This movie's awesome. Very underrated. Ritter's great because there's some serious moments as well. Some great physical comedy. When he walks out of the doctor's office after being shocked is physical comedy at it's best.

In this movie, Ritter's character, Zach Hutton, parallels the persona of Jack Tripper(with a beard) in The '70's TV show Three's Company. I saw Skin Deep at the theatre and is now in my DVD collection. Top notch wit and physical comedian. Dearly missed.
