Well no one hacked her. Reason why is the photo had still the (EXIF) name on it which we all know comes from Blackberrys. Plus if you saw the photos settings you clearly could see the photo was taken 8 minutes before it was posted to twit pic. When you post directly from your phone to twit pic it stores information such as

Phone model, Date Time, Time photo taken,

Im sure she posted it by accident

Lol, are you accusing me of being the 'hacker'? I was simply one of the people present at the time where the same 'topless' picture that was on twitter leaked onto last fm. Ask anybody about it that was there, i'm sure they'd tell you the same.

@rickyrickrick1224 Every article I've read about this incident has gone on to mention the new song that she has done with B.O.B. That is one avenue to explore... but seriously I think that it was just a mistake by Hayley. Not that i'm judging because it's within her right to take what ever pic she wants and send to her BF, thats if her Bf was the intended recipient....
