So far you're the favourite Pharaoh (and production of the musical) I've had to play this video 6 times for them today already and it's only early afternoon. Whoever plays Joseph has a nice voice too.

The Pharaoh has almost authentically nailed that Elvis voice. So he's quite good. "Song of the Pharaoh" is pretty much the only # of this musical I always watch on YouTube.

the only way to do joseph right is a white back drop with projected images, lights, and dancing...its a rock show. this is good, but there are way too many people on stage right now and the narrator is dead awful. The company im in is doing this at our summer stock and our narrator is no lie the white whitney houston and she is amazing

maybe you don't understand the difference. the reason for musicals are that there is so much passion that the characters have no choice but to sing their outburst. Joseph is fun to perform but more like a rock show. sure it has a story line, but the songs and scenes are completely random and when you look at the styles and try to match it with the story it doesn't work. hince, its like a rock show, an album that has a theme and is put on stage with various dance breaks and interludes.
