*sighs* *swoons* I think her voice in this clip of "You've Changed" is freer and more loose than the recording on Haunted Heart...my gosh...it astounds me that she is able to transition from opera to jazz so smoothly and beautifully (although, I have to admit, I do prefer her operatic voice). She truly is one of a kind. LOVE LOVE LOVE this woman.
Her singing in the beginning is so powerful in emotion and commitment. She really knows what her role is in the world, because she has the ability to move people while always being committed to her technique and voice. She is a technician, a musician and an artist, the whole package. :-)
