all you are doing is just getting your arms out at the plant and stopping once they are up. They need to continue to push. The arms need to be fully extended right when you are jumping. I notice the timing is a hair too soon. Do pole runs!! Reach towards the bar with both hands before and during the plant.
More bottom arm pressure (upward pressure, NOT BLOCKING). That's why you can't drive, and your hips get sucked under the pole (why you can't swing, and therefore swing to inversion). -6P
