for sure he doesn't say "Now ascended even past you... Kakarot" because ken from street fighter says that(without the kakarot part). it would make no sense whatsoever if ken were to say that in a street fighter game... LOL!

plus.. just because vegeta went ssj4 didn't mean he ascended past goku. that would mean being stronger than goku or going ssj5 which doesn't exist. i'm not trying to be a smartass.. i'm just saying.
