another hint, don't fly your battery until it pulses. Test flight length then fly about 1min shorter than pulse happens. Flying till pulse every time can/will destroy your battery quick! Lipos should not be over-discharged as they won't re-charge correctly/fully.
if you are using stock, you really need to try the GWS5043 or GWS5030. Either one is WAY WAY better and MUCH MORE POWERFUL than the stock prop. Changing the prop alone made this a whole new plane. Also the plane needs a CG fix so the elevator can be flush. This can be achieved by adding a small weight to the tail and/or removing nose weight.
