Upon learning about the suit, Hun Sen was so outraged, he was like, "Damn..how dare you sue me in my court?" and used one of Mrs Mu's usual critics of him to sue her back for the same defamation suit. AND not surprizingly, he won, she lost.
This is purely political game for both sides. And I think Mrs Mu knows she won't be staying more than a week in jail with all the pressure expected to be placed on the government. But who knows? Hun Sen likes to make blitz too. It's kinda a gamble for Ms Mu
However, this case, although stemming from small dispute, illustrates the fact that the Cambodian courts are not independent, and cannot carry justice to Cambodian people. They only obey the money and power.

I don't know about you people,but this animal is still a Khmer Rouge to me,not just a Khmer Rouge,he's a commander,he took the lead role in the slaughtering of 2 millions Khmer lives and he carry on to this very day,there's no place for communiste on Khmer soil..we the Khmer wanted the freedom that all American enjoyed,we wanted law and order,we wanted the constitution,we want true democracy.Communists in my homeland is unacceptable....

He's the best Cambodian stand up comedian ever. I really admire him for being able to crack up such a big crowd. I can't imagine doing that... His jokes are genuine and he uses really good vernacular language. If I were ever to be a politician, I gotta learn to talk like him...
