  • Very cool song!1

  • George was somewhat overshadowed by Johhny and Paul, I'd say he had the best voice out of all of them and his songs, like this one, had a kind of nostalgic feel about them.....nice one!!

  • 2:38 john lennon?

  • The single most profoundly nostalgic song rock has produced IMO. I was a bit late for the Beatles revolution but in the 70s we were still huge fans. Something about this song just blasts right to the core of-simpler time is probably too cliched-but certainly a newer time. Rock was still young, probably late teen years figuratively speaking. And sometime about this song just pulls you right into that mood-flavor & vibe. Thanks for sharing, bittersweet-heavy on the sweet-nostalgia! Peace!

  • This video could also be an obsure reference to the orginal title of Help(Eight arms to hold you.)

  • Best Beatle of all time. Hands down!

  • He wrote this as his own "quiet beatle" response to johns death.....God it so has that Beatle sound doesnt it??? Especially at the end...Very....transcendental

  • i made a master of this video , with the sounds of the 87 video can't believe how hard it is to see it in it's true state ay', this is not it

  • I worked on this video, that is to say I helped to produce the body cast we made of George in our workshop, (Lyons Model FX) in Bristol in the 80's. Godley and Creme directed it, they all came down to Bristol for George to have a plaster cast made of his torso, now of course we would do it all with CGI.

  • RIP George. You always were fab and always will be.

  • The walrus was paul...

  • RINGO :3

  • Does anyone else find the words odd after hearing the 'Paul is Dead' rumour?

This is now freaking my mind out in a totally new way after seeing a film just made about it all.... I was far too little when all this was talked about but just listening to this song freaked me out.

paulreallyisdead . and the com word and see for yourself O,o

  • george made this song for his memorys of the past .Just makes me cry :..(

  • WHAT IS PLAYING THE CELLO?!?!

  • Ringo ROCKS

  • at 2:43 the man is Elton John or i was dreamed

  • I realize this is about the beatles and everything but did he mention Pattie in this? because he said "you were my only love" and "it's all over now baby blue" and pattie had baby blue eyes, i don't know i was just thinking out loud but if someone wants to correct me or something go right ahead.

  • George, you'll always be fab. RIP.

  • LOL Ringo at 3:06

  • awww he really missed it god so sad but at least he knows god now he will be truly missed

  • Was Paul actually playing bass in the I am the walrus suit?

  • @JABILOPsfriend

No, but that was johns suit not pauls.

  • Miss George :(

  • Elton John @ 2:43...Dylan @ 2:06 "but it's all over now, baby blue"

  • I see now that harrison if he was very angry with lennon

  • Badfinger reference at 2:28

  • I love this song. I just love how much it shows that George truly missed being in The Beatles. That he truly loved it.

  • @mrlogan317 We all know that.

  • love the sitar at the end of the song and ringo moving all the instruments past george , oh ringo! :)

  • Note: Jeff Lynne from ELO on Violin, if there was ever a fifth Beatle it was Lynne, if only........Great song ! Soooo glad Ringo came to the party

  • muy bueno el video

  • paul mccartney is such a twit for not being in this

  • @pinkyellowblackred I'm sure he's got regrets you couldn't imagine.

  • at 0:54 Is that ringo starr

  • long live rock and roll.

  • Title ~ sometime Northern English 'lingo'

  • dang! i never knew George had that much hands!

  • George Harrison R.I.P.

  • Jeff Lynne FTW!! Also, I love Ringo's little back kick at 3'10!

  • That's gotta be the real Jeff Lynne playing strings at 1:42 though.

  • HAHA THE ORANGE SGT PEPPERS COSTUME!!

  • @melcbaol No, pretty sure its Ray Cooper.

  • why he says when we was fab and not were fab

  • @MyDreamside Probably being slangy. In spoken English that often happens. Saying it this way makes it sound more working class--which is what at least George & Ringo started out as. Paul & John were from more middle-class backgrounds. Some would even say Ringo grew up poor rather than working class. Of the Fab 4 he certainly had the most financially strapped childhood.

  • but..but ... JOHN!!!!! WHyyyhyhyhyhyh NO He cant be there!

  • arrive like strangers in the night...the beatles

  • its too 80's , no ?: D

  • Another masterpiece of Jeff Lynne

  • I cant beileve i forgot that george had 8 arms im such a dumbass lool

  • Comment removed

  • It sounds like Im the walrus hehehee

  • Lovely tribute...love you George xxx

  • Who was the distorted person at 2:09?

  • @DasGoldenBoy

it represents john, while the left handed walrus represents paul .

  • @MarekillaBee I think you are absolutely right, the guy walking by looks just like John and is holding one of his books or a picture of John with his son. Gotta love all the Beatle references in this video haha.

  • @tomtom255 It's the album, "Imagine"

  • @DasGoldenBoy i think it's George

  • 2:05 Can you see the John Lennon Album?

  • Like this song and the video is great too. Love Ringo in it, and was it really Paul in the walrus costume?

  • GEORGE HARRISON FOREVER!!!!!

  • George Harrison Forever!!!

  • this is one of my video favorites of him; really coooool!!

  • lovely

  • Good Song.

  • the hands...

    eso sta groovy...

    yeah!

  • It is supposed to be Paul:) (not the real Paul)

  • @RodyBalboa Because "Paul" Is Dead.

  • @RodyBalboa I thought the walrus was paul?

  • Awesome track, but was that Paul in the walrus costume?

  • @bigdogit During the Beatle's Magical Mystery Tour, Paul was the cow, John was the Walrus, George was the rabbit, and Ringo was the chicken.

  • @dubbly1 im pretty sure it wasnt a cow -.-

  • @dubbly1 Paul was the Walrus. In this video and in I Am the Walrus the walrus is playing a bass left-handed. In Glass Onion, there is a lyric, "Well here's another clue for you all, The walrus was Paul." .
