  • I wonder how much it cost for that wide body and hood. I'm gunna buy a 05 or 06 vette in a couple months.

  • @thebabycakes71 i have tried to contact Butler Vettes by both phone and E-mail. and i haven't gotten any response. SuperVettes is easy to get in touch with and they do great work. but if all you want are the body modifications you will probably save by finding a place close to where you live.

  • Liquid!

  • @thebabycakes71 if you like this one take a look at the GT6X by SuperVettes.

  • Dás Badass.

  • @ShowTekShuffla yes it is!!!

  • This widebody modification is made by a company out of Palm Beach, FL. called SuperVettes.

  • @madvettedave not this one. i know the people at supervettes. but they are based on the same kit from the same company. ss-vettes. this one is done by a company called butler vettes. their website address is on the car. supervettes will be introducing their own conversion in early January 2012. they have a concept video of it posted on youtube.

  • look at holes in the back of front wheels, they let hot air out of motor part, and look at airtakin holes at back wheels. that's zr1.

  • @DaWestsideUnlimited i am not sure what this car was when it left the factory. there has been a lot of body work done so it may not have been a ZR1. but it looks better now!

  • the sounds were the best part....

  • Rotaries going off in the background at the start of this vid

  • @SHARKT0PUS that"s music to me!!!

  • Is this what God looks like

  • havent liked the vette bodies since the stingrays...until now. looks good, man

  • @albertlin46 you should check out what a company called super vettes is about to come out with. they have a channel on youtube.

  • maybe it's just me but wide bodied corvettes don't look that great.

  • @Shoosta92 to each his own. that is why there are so many different styles of cars.

  • Looks good from behind, the rest is just too much and too obvious

  • @KeskinTRS this is the widest kit. there are others that are only half as wide. it is all a matter of what the owner of the car wants.

  • @KeskinTRS Just like your mom ...

  • @cashmoneysf Yours looks awesome, that`s why shes getting laid so much :)

  • i love c6 z06's. i think this is too much tho. the flares are too wide. the z06's r wide enough as it is. love the hood, minus the vents.

  • @92rednotch you can dress the car anyway you want. these are the widest flares. they make rear flares that are half that width. and many people use those and leave the front original. as for the hood, there more custom hoods in the market than i can count.

  • @ftldrdl google super vettes. they are local and they do a lot better work that this.

  • 0:48 looks scary

  • Damn...that thing is SICK!

  • Wow this is a beautiful car!

  • @rapinNtapin indeed!

  • did anyone notice theres a guy in there?

  • @TheVengefulCo this was filmed at the 12 hours of Sebring. the race is very long and many people will either go to their cars (like me) or rent a room at Chateau Elan (of you can afford it) and get some sleep during the race. he worked for Butler Vettes and was taking a nap there. and that is also why i did not film the interior of the car too.

  • I'm switching my major to medicine.........

  • @turayde is that in hopes that you can afford a car like that after graduation? you do know medical school is 10 years?

  • @ftldrdl I was trying to be silly, but apparently I wasn't. I'm in my last year for my bachelors degree and have 2 more for PT school. I'm not going into med school. Just an attempt at humor

  • @turayde PT? physical therapy? and i was not trying to discourage you from going to med school. but considering the level of commitment it would have to be something you truly want.

  • @ftldrdl Yes physical therapy, I never wanted to go to med school, just joking around. It is a huge commitment for med school, and frankly I'm already excited to be done with school....I doubt I could do another 6 years

  • @turayde be sure to choose something you enjoy. you will be doing it for a long time.

  • @ftldrdl Will do :) and thanks for the advice

  • Thats 1 mean lookin vette

  • man love that vette but i prefer the audi r8!

  • @musclesuccess i am the opposite. i never cared much for Audi's. but that is why there are so many different types of cars made. people have different tastes.

  • @musclesuccess I love the r8, but prefer the LP670...

    haha

    Sick Vette man!

  • i think its fucking sick...... extened fenders, but not over done like some on youtube.... wheels are always a personal preference.... 360 forged are nice....10 grand a set.... gotta get a second job or those, or refinance the house lmao...

  • @ms3cammedc6 i agree with you about the wheels. i don't like the ones they used. and they should have also reworked the suspension for better handling and so it would look more factory. but you should never borrow money to buy something like this. if you can't afford to pay for it up front you can't afford it. the modifications alone will lower it's resale value. then there is the normal loss of value when you drive it away. never finance something like this.

  • I'd put my dick in the tail pipe and wipe it off on the seat if I had the chance

  • @killerass12345678 OMG it's another autophile!!! LOL

  • @ftldrdl LOL

  • I want to like this car but for some reason I'm not feeling it.

  • @blaknite1 it's the wheels. they don't match the body modifications. check out a site called supervettes. they do it right.

  • @ftldrdl lol wrong guy man. I was replying to fakeusa, wondering how he "knows" exactly what they did to it. I have no clue how they did it, I wasn't there for the build lol. And I never insulted the car, I tried to trade my girlfriend for it haha

  • @TheBulldawg4life oops! i guess i should read the entire comment more closely. my apologies.

  • @ftldrdl It's all good.

  • That thing is ALL sorts of sexy..I'll trade you my girlfriend for it. Shes 19, 5'9 long brown hair, green eyes.. you can have her. I just want that damn car!

  • @TheBulldawg4life why would i do that? with a car like this i can get as many girls like that as i want. LOL!!

  • @ftldrdl True...it was worth a shot though!

  • that takes away from the cars lines and I bet it doesn't help handling ine bit. FAIL

  • @fakeusa it does wonders for the way the car handles as long as you keep the tire sizes balanced. as for the appearance, it is a matter of opinion.

  • @ftldrdl , The car was widened by using wider (and heavier) wheels then stock, not by a reengineered suspension. I've put wider wheels with low profile tires on cars before and it takes away from the handling when over done like this vette. Maybe durning casual driving you "think" it handles better but the suspension is stock which in turn will cause awful bump steer and chatter with that wheel and tire setup. It would get walked on by a stock vette doing cones, road course and/or quarter mile

  • @fakeusa How do YOU know how this car was widened? Did you do the work on it, or are you just talking out of your ass?

  • this looks like it came straight out of a need for speed race.....

  • best wide body ive ever seen sexy vette whats it running

  • @BLAZEDGODD i really don't know. butlervettes made it. so they will have all the details.

  • @Kcfconner NOISES!!! NOISES!!! son that's music!!! LOL

  • bliss

  • @rjayz2 absolute!

  • florida is the home of the FUCKING cars and BITCHES

  • @drino282 i think your talking about California bro

  • Damn that shit is clean, did you repaint any part of the car or is it just hardly ever driven?

  • @Jutzujin unfortunately it is not mine. it was on display by Butler Vettes. i was just an admirer.

  • i bet this car gets more pussy than a tampon

  • looks great.

  • im speechless ... this is unbelievable

  • @asadhussain1016 the wider fenders transforms the entire cars effect.

  • thats that shit batman b driving

  • @thedfclan it does give that impression.

  • those rims are out of this world wonder how much they each cost

  • @CRUSIALP no idea. butlervettes will know.

  • is this a basic c6 or a zr1? i see it has the spoiler of a zo6 but i cant tell with the mixed kit

  • @WhenWeRide666 it was my understanding it started life as a Grand Sport.

  • Its the best looking corvette I ever seen !

  • @slayerfan888 agreed!!!

  • I love how there are shitty car sounds in the background. it ruined my boner. it sounds like weedeaters.

  • jesus......that is cool.

  • @retrojaxed2 indeed!!!

  • Look at those fenders and diffuser!! This is how the ZR1 should come from the factory

  • @donnybrooks18 agreed!

  • !@##%*((#)@)#($)_!#%*

  • @cellt3k couldn't have said it better myself.

  • New dream car: check

    Reason to complet school: check

Knowing that it will never be mine: priceless

  • @zenster14 if you don't believe you will ever have a car like that then you won't. you have to believe in yourself before anyone else will believe in you. also, learning how to spell complete is another good reason to stay in school. :))

  • @ftldrdl

NIce video, but are you sure that's a ZR1? Looks like a modified Z06 to me. I can't really tell from the video, but I don't see the carbon fiber roof that ZR1s have. I do see the cutout's in the front fenders are ZR1 styled. Anyway, again, nice video.

  • @DarkmanXXL i know for certain it is NOT a ZR1. i am not even sure it is a Z06. it may have started life as a base car...which is not a bad thing. the base cars have steel frames which are actually stiffer and easier to work with.

  • Batman called and said he wanted his car back. This thing is sick! Ive seen a lot of widebody kits, butthis by far is the cleanest. Props to you guys

  • I jizzed.

One quick question: weren't there smoked out Plexiglass available for the front lamps?

  • @triplexxxsatyr yes i have seen C6 Corvettes with smoked lenses for their front headlamps. this car simply does not have them.

  • Thanks, man. IMO, I think it would complete the look...like Darth Vader's personal transport.

    Great ride!

  • @triplexxxsatyr it would improve the look. but i am uploading a video now that would be a more appropriate ride for Darth Vader.

  • Jeezus...beautiful ride

  • @GrumpyBlack yes, the fender flares set the car off perfectly. it reminds me of the old C3's with the wide fenders.

  • It's like a beautiful beast; like a Great White just waiting to devour something...dammit man, I think I'm in love...LMAO

  • @GrumpyBlack i would change the wheels, tires and get a better paint job. but other than that...perfect!

  • @ftldrdl

I would change the exhaust tips to the shape of the port they come out of and do a black chrome on the tips. Other than that huge website sticker, it's fine as is.

  • @GrumpyBlack if you bought the car i am sure they would remove the sticker.

  • The 1.5" Extreme belongs Exclusively to Supervettes LLC, a licensed Corporation with the state of Florida. (it is the ZR6X Conversion Kit that we offer by mail order, as well as in-house conversions.)

  • @suppaman12 i am not going to take sides and i would like to avoid an argument. i saw a very beautiful Corvette at Sebring and i did a video of it. and i will likely get one sometime this year. honestly i had been looking for a decent wide body kit for a Corvette for some time. now i find one right at the end of the C6 series. go figure. but i do feel obligated to pass on as much information about this kit (or these kits) as i get. in the words of Moody Blues, "you decide which is right".

  • No, this kit was NOT designed by "David Butler" - it was designed by Don from SS Vettes. (Who also MANUFACTURES the EXTREME BODY kits *exclusively* for Supervettes LLC)... if Butler Vettes want's to be a distributor, they should go through the correct procedure rather than claiming they designed it, especially since it's been Trademarked.

  • Butlervettes is definitly not a distributor for s-vettes as the comment by jrhunkler is purposely trying to refer to and let it be known that s-vettes does NOT manufacture these kits. Butlervettes has these body kits with further enhancements from the same manufacturer. In addition Butlervettes carries its own performance packages.

  • Love that body kit

  • @ciscowildc6 me too!!!

  • The car in this video is owned by David Butler of butlervettes com. This kit is custom designed by butlervettes com and exclusively manufactured for them. In the next couple of weeks we will have details and photos of this package on our website.

For any additional info: david(at)butlervettes com

  • @butlervettes thanks for the info.

  • This looks a lot like the kits from Supervettes LLC - are you a distributor for them?

  • @jrhunkler no i am not. my company is Harlequin Motor Works. but i looked at supervette's website and i see what you mean. i suspect that Butler Vettes might be a dealer fro them.

  • @jrhunkler Butlervettes is definitely NOT a distributor for s-vettes as your comment implies. s-vettes does not manufacture these kits. Butlervettes has these body kits with further enhancements from the same manufacturer. In addition Butlervettes carries its own performance packages.
