1950s hanggang 1960s, actually umabot pa nung 1972, bago i declare ang martial law... nung maganda pa ang takbo ng administarsyong marcos... at in fact kung bibili tayo ng mga war machines, laging brand new, at tayo ang isa rin tayo sa mga bansang malakas mag-export... at sabi ng matatanda, pag nakita mo daw ang manila noon, para ka daw nasa ibang bansa, malinis at maluwag ang kalsada at disiplinado ang mamamayan...

BTW F-22s will never be put to sale until
the F-35 production will reach to maximum rate...
and we dont need F-22s, what we need most is the F-16 or Mig-29, A-10 and AH-1 Cobra plus more C-130s and UH-60s
