Not only is he stealing the a/c unit, but he's letting all the freon escape into the ozone which is illegal by the EPA, and carries a fine anywhere from $25,000 to $27,000 per offense. Not only can this guy get into trouble for theft, but also fined by section 608 of the EPA for wrongfully venting a CFC gas to the ozone which contributes to global warming. Hope this guy gets caught, and fined for both.
