We all can only ever find paradise within ,then project it 'out there'. In my retreats I try to create a garden of Eden where people can enjoy and connect with their true selves rather than the one they have had imposed upon them by other people, society and insecurities installed by well meaning adults in formative years. Relax ,enjoy ,be creative, walk in beauty and truth.
