u took 3rd in state ? dam....u must be pretty good.. i wrestle 103 too but im only 98. i was 81 last season lol that did not play out to my advantage. I hope i make it to states this year

Its all about expierience. ^^ Try to train yourself to keep good position.

nothing is as important as takedowns. if you get good at takedowns then even if your opponent is better than you at ground wrestling, you can still beat him with takedown then cut him, takedown then cut him.....

there was a guy that went and placed like 2nd in states and didnt shoot a takedown all season...he was all defence...ur best offence is ur defence
