Tbh I think its because my tank is over stocked? One of my fishHoney gourami) has an internal parasite and I have no idea what to do about it. (He is all skinny due to the parasite leaching off the nutrience im giving him). My tank stresses me out -_-, I must admit your tank is beautiful :) What size is it? (Litres) I have a 125 litre tank . :)
It is claimed to be 40 US gallon by the manufacturer, but in fact it is about 34~35 gallon. So it is about 140 liter.
I don't know if yours is overstocked. If you are sure your fish have internal parasites, Jungle Parasite Clear might work and they are available in the Walmart here.

They do. :) Can't keep more than 1 Dwarf Gourami in the same tank in most cases.
