its a protected area where the fish cannot not be fished. brazil is letting him go in and take footage of these fish. at the end he says that these fish are protected and after grown to a adult size, they are released into lakes, rivers, and the ocean where people will be able to fish them and where they can populate the world. these are rare fish and if he dies that night he will be able to come and film the fish and be happy that he helped take care of them. if someone knows the song plz tell
