  • @Aqua746 well, look at Ringo (I suppose it's ring ?)

  • @murri241 lol Yeah

  • @Aqua746 It's George and Ringo

  • @Aqua746 yes theirs more pictures of that session with him pantless.

  • How do we know this is them? It certainly sounds like it could be. Another one of their 2 or 3 rare instrumentals. But what's the story on this clip? When was it recorded? How? It sure as H doesn't sound like rehearsals for the Cavern.

  • Sounds like 14-year-olds practicing in a garage. Who knew?

  • 1:07 and 1:11 I fucking love when the Beatles wear short shorts :D

  • There's 1 dogswalk...

  • ringo is so greatl to the drums but pete is not bad to the drums and is out of beatles -.- well no have importance but i love ringo's playing the drums!

  • Georges riffs were great.... Amazing guitarist... Hes my Guitar idol....

  • Who gave this a thumbs down?! It's awesome.

  • I love Ringo he is so freaking adorable!! :]

  • Fantastic.

  • Well flying has some vocalization, but I guess it doesn't have full-fledged lyrics.

  • The Beatles recorded a demo version of this McCartney original instrumental in 1962 that was officially released by Chris Barber's Jazz Band in 1967 as "Cat Call".

  • 1:07 is such an awesome find

  • They didnt write loads of songs they performed like twist and shout

  • That was up until Help! when they stopped doing covers, their last album cover was Dizzy Miss Lizzy

  • this is probly the only song that has no lyrics the beatles made!!! im surprised to find one!!!!!!!!!!

  • You forgot "Flying" on the Magical Mystery Tour album.

  • No lyrics, but 'Flying' does have singing in the background.

  • @abcg2009 check out Cry for a shadow, and 12 bar original

  • wrong!?! Cry for a shadow... I actually like those instrumentals. They're kinda cool

  • Flying is a song which I think doesn't have any lyrics to it :O

  • and the Venturesque "Cry For A Shadow" very very early

  • Cry For A Shadow doesn't have lyrics either.

  • Brilliant upload. Beatles, suits, black jackets, hats and bread french, hot pants, caps, suits. Perfect. Shake. Boom! Beatles forever. Thanks a lot.

  • They're sooooooo beautiful...<3<3<3

  • Think...stray cat strut! Now I know what was in

    Brian setzers head!

  • gotta love those shorty shorts. x)

  • 1:08 is george even wearing trousers? O_o OMFG

  • Я фигею, Клава! Оч. хорошее произведение про кошачью походку...)))

  • is this really beatles early stuff?

  • yepp, they are THE best!

  • that was the most original thing ive seen on youtube absolutley brilliant whoever done this deserves an award..

  • Hey. Where did you get all these pictures? looking great!

  • ¿Is (Sir) Paul McCartney on bass guitar? he is absolutily great!!

  • mmhm. Sir James is on bass

  • I always liked this song... really fits the title well.

  • cuál sería la traducción correcta de catswalk, alguien podría sacarme de la duda?

  • 1:07 whoah, what a picture!! :D Georgie in short shorts is hot and also Ringo!!!

  • I love the look on Paul`s face at 0:10, lol!

  • i just learned it was October 1962 so its ringo on drums.

  • This is great!

  • Haha, yeah, 1:07

    HE wears short-shorts!

  • I really think with all the simple songs the beatles were writing and not releasing or giving to other artists in their arly days could of made a really nice 16th album, along with all their later experamental and unfinished work.

  • there would be way too many though 0_0 maybe 16th album all the way to the 100th xD

  • why did i get a thumbs down? i'm just putting into humor how many unreleased beatle stuff there are out there

  • 1:07 The Picture hehh

  • Wow, I never knew this song dated from so long ago - knew about Chris Barber's version from 67/8, which is great in itself, but I always assumed Paul wrote it around then too, as it was a bit Lady Madonna jazz ish. Quite sophisticated really compared to Cry for a Shadow.

  • the days before ringo... ahhh

  • Pete on drums, this is very old song. I think it is from 1958 or 1959...

  • No, they didn't play in the Cavern until '61, I think. So this must be '61 or '62. But I think it is Pete on drums.

  • '61 because ringo took over in '62

  • yes but not until Aug. so it could be in 1962

  • Wow

never heard this one, and I,ve been a fan for 32 years

  • Haha is there a picture when the Beatles DON'T look good?! Well...maybe just a few...lol

  • OMG!!! i can't see it!! xD

I'm a blind girl xD (who's really in love xD)

  • nope never seen a one!

  • Is Pete Best on the drums, or is Ringo? And was Paul the one who wrote this song?

By the way, great video, as usual, MissBeatles88. Nice pictures, too.

  • Yes, not only did Paul write this, but when a legitimate version of it was released by the Chris Barber band in 1967 (retitled "Catcall"), it was the first record to ever credit McCartney as the songwriter, sans Lennon, for reasons that still aren't clear. To listen to it, just type "The Beatles Giveaway Songs (2/2)" into YouTube's search engine.

  • Is Pete Best or Ringo on the drums?

  • The exact recording date of this is ambiguous at best. Some sources put it in September of 1962, others in November. If the former is accurate, then it is probably Ringo on drums, and if the latter is the correct date, then it is definitely Ringo on drums.

  • the tiny little tune makes me think of MR Magoo

  • who wears short shorts?

GEORGE AND RINGO WEAR (wore) SHORT SHORTS!

  • Seem to hear more than a little hit of CATSWALK in the Stary Cats version of STRAY CAT STRUT that came around almost two decades later.

  • check out ringos legs at 1:11

  • Hey I'm view 6,666! That must mean something right???

  • black and white people look cooler but the beatles were and alway COOL!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

  • And 1:12 XD

    A little short, Ringo?...

  • HAHA

1:09 I literally went "Oh my god, what the hell?!"

    George is HOT.

    Hehe.

This is so great, man. The Beatles were fantastic, even in their early Cavern days!

  • AH HA!! Proof that the Beatles can jam without singing!! They all are gods!!

  • @beatlequeen06 check out cry for a shadow, an instrumental by john lennon and george harrison

  • @meatloaf928 I've heard it since I posted that, lol. It's fab.

  • awesome ¡¡¡

  • it's such a catching melody ...it has a lot of potential... I've heard somebody used it in some song.

  • 1:19 is really cute!!

  • seriously?

  • Oh it definately is. Recorded in 1962, the name was later changed to Catcall.

  • yes it is The Beatles.

  • @Lindajo1955 then obviously you're not a true Beatles fan. Its unmistakeable that this is DEFINITELY The Beatles. In all their fab-ness.

  • Me too! I have never heard this before. Thanks for posting it.

  • First time I've heard this one and I thougjht I had heard them all.

  • I knew it but I didn't know it's so closely :D connected with FabFour :) Is it a popular melody? Or maybe similar to sth?
